The Enviz 5-Minute Design Challenge Terms
OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promoter:
Enviz Co Pty Ltd (ABN 23 638 791 401) of Suite 2, Level 1, 54 Alexander Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065, Australia (“Enviz”, “we”, “us”).
This promotion is conducted independently by Enviz and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Apple Inc., the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), or the International Builders’ Show (IBS).
By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Competition Type
1.1 This is a skill-based competition.
1.2 Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
1.3 No purchase, payment, or commercial engagement increases the chance of winning.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to individuals who:
- Are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
- Submit an original design created using Enviz AI;
- Have a public LinkedIn profile at the time of submission.
2.2 Employees of Enviz and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2.3 Only one (1) entry per natural person is permitted. Multiple entries, alternate accounts, or attempts to circumvent this limit may result in disqualification.
2.4 Entrants are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
2.5 Enviz reserves the right to verify identity, age, eligibility, and authenticity of engagement prior to awarding the prize.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition opens at 9:00 AM EST on 17 February 2026.
3.2 The competition closes at 11:59 PM EST on 10 March 2026.
3.3 Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
3.4 The winner will be announced within seven (7) days of the closing date via LinkedIn.
3.5 Enviz reserves the right to extend, suspend, amend, or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary.
4. How to Enter
To enter:
- Access the official Enviz AI white-card model via the published link;
- Create a finished render using Enviz AI;
- Export the final image;
- Submit the image via the official competition entry form.
4.1 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
4.2 By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that:
- The submission is their original work;
- They have the right to submit it;
- The submission complies with these Terms.
4.3 AI Tool Usage Limits
Enviz AI operates on a limited credit system. Each entrant is provided with a limited number of AI generations per session for the purposes of creating their submission. If credits are exhausted, access to further generations may be temporarily restricted until credits reset.
Enviz does not guarantee uninterrupted or unlimited access to the AI tool and is not responsible for incomplete, delayed, or abandoned entries resulting from credit limits, system constraints, high traffic volumes, or temporary access restrictions.
Entrants are responsible for managing their available credits and submitting their final entry within the Competition Period.
5. Judging Process
Stage 1 – Community Shortlisting
5.1 The top ten (10) entries will be shortlisted based on LinkedIn engagement under the official competition post, subject to compliance review.
Engagement scoring:
- 1 Like = 1 point
- 1 Comment = 2 points
- 1 Share = 5 points
5.2 Engagement must be genuine.
5.3 Enviz reserves the right to adjust, exclude, or disregard engagement that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, artificially inflated, purchased, coordinated through engagement schemes, automated, or otherwise inconsistent with genuine community interaction.
5.4 For clarity, use of the Enviz AI tool to create submissions is permitted and encouraged. Clause 5.3 applies only to manipulation of engagement metrics.
Stage 2 – Final Judging
5.5 The winner will be selected by a panel of Enviz judges from the shortlisted entries based on:
- Visual cohesion and overall design clarity;
- Effective use of materials and mood;
- How confidently the space communicates a design direction;
- Overall presentation quality.
5.6 Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
6. Prize
6.1 One (1) winner will receive:
Apple Vision Pro
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $3,499 (based on US pricing at time of publication and may vary by region).
6.2 The prize:
- Is non-transferable;
- Is not redeemable for cash;
- May not be substituted except at Enviz’s discretion;
- May be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable.
6.3 The winner is solely responsible for:
- Any applicable taxes;
- Customs duties or import charges;
- Reporting obligations;
- Any additional costs associated with receipt or use of the prize.
6.4 If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Enviz reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Entrants retain ownership of their submitted design.
7.2 By entering, entrants grant Enviz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, repost, and promote the submitted design (including the entrant’s name and LinkedIn handle) for marketing and promotional purposes related to the competition and Enviz services.
7.3 Entrants warrant that their submission:
- Does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
- Does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate material.
8. Publicity
8.1 The winner agrees that Enviz may publish:
- Their name;
- Their LinkedIn handle;
- Their submitted design;
for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. Privacy and Marketing Communications
9.1 By entering this competition, Enviz will collect and process personal information including:
- Name
- Email address
- LinkedIn profile details (if provided)
- Submitted design content
- Engagement data relating to the entry
9.2 Personal information will be used to:
- Administer the competition
- Verify eligibility
- Announce the winner
- Deliver the prize
- Send marketing communications about Enviz products, services, events and updates
- Deliver targeted advertising and promotional content through digital advertising platforms
9.3 By submitting an entry, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Enviz and to the use of their personal information for targeted advertising purposes. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided. Digital advertising preferences may be managed via the relevant platform settings.
9.4 Personal information will be handled in accordance with Enviz’s Privacy Policy available at:

10. Disqualification
Enviz may disqualify any entrant who:
- Submits plagiarised or infringing content;
- Manipulates engagement metrics;
- Breaches LinkedIn’s Community Guidelines;
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Acts in a manner that compromises the integrity of the competition.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enviz is not responsible for:
- Technical failures;
- Platform outages;
- Algorithm changes;
- Lost or delayed submissions;
- Inability to access the AI tool;
- Delays in prize delivery beyond its reasonable control.
11.2 Enviz excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.
12. Force Majeure
Enviz is not liable for delay, suspension, modification, or cancellation of the competition due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13. Governing Law
13.1 This competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
13.2 The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
